Dear Parents,
Welcome! I am Michele Adamson, the Learning Specialist at Walden Center & School. I am excited to be offering a series of classes for parents based on the Seeing My Time (SMT) program, which is a time management, planning and organizational skills program.
The Seeing My Time program is to help you as parents, to guide and teach your children the skills they need to be successful. Participants will be led through the SMT workbook. You will discover strategies to help with visualizing and planning time, breaking down projects into small steps, simplifying complicated assignments, managing homework, organizing endless piles of papers and more. This curriculum is interactive, hands-on and filled with invaluable information and concrete tools.
I am holding an Introduction to Seeing My Time on Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 6:30-7:15PM to answer your questions and present the workbook. This workshop is being offered at no cost to you except for the workbook. Please RSVP if you will be attending.
FYI: The workshop will meet for 4 Wednesdays, Nov. 2, 9 and Dec. 7, 14 at 6:30 PM. We may change the time & evening depending on who will be joining us. Each session will be for 40 minutes.
